Full Service

We strive to create the optimal setup for your event and provide tailored advice based on your budget and wishes. We offer short activities of one hour up to activities that take several days. We also provide complete packages including locations (hotel / group accommodation), transport, meeting and/or catering requirements. In addition, we advise on matters such as the WKR, insurance, cancellations, and everything else involved in organizing an event. In short, you work with a full-service event agency that has many products in-house. Our office, staff, guides, trainers, and instructors are available 24/7, and we work together with reliable and excellent partners.

What you should also know:

  • All prices mentioned on our website are exclusive of 9% or 21% VAT. We are happy to calculate the price including VAT for you.
  • Prices are per activity and are usually based on approximately 1 to 3 hours of participation. Request a program (quotation) for different durations, exact prices, and locations.
  • Programs are subject to availability; always request a quotation and option.
  • We take care of the organization and supervision, including full coordination with locations, any external hires, and hospitality services.
  • Supervision includes BHV/EHBO (first aid and emergency response).
  • Includes photos (reportage) of various activities, which we will send as a compilation after the event.
  • We are a full-service, nationally operating (and sustainable) event agency. For an agency fee, we are happy to arrange your complete package, such as transfers, accommodation,
  • hostesses, evening entertainment, event marketing expertise, invitations, etc.
  • Always ensure you have adequate insurance, such as travel insurance, cancellation insurance, corporate liability, and/or third-party liability insurance. Check this with your own
  • insurance advisor or, for example, take a look at KLAP Insurance.
  • Our general terms and conditions apply to all our services and assignments. A copy can be downloaded from our website and will be sent to you free of charge upon first request.
  • A number of specific conditions relating to reservations are described below:

Options and reservations

You can request options from us by phone or email for one week and also place reservations with us. A reservation made by phone or email is considered a formal agreement and will always be confirmed by us via email. The agreement is then binding.

After the reservation, number of participants, and cancellation

When making a reservation, you confirm the expected number of participants and guests. We understand that the actual number of people on the day of the event may differ. Due to the reservation of our staff, materials, rental of equipment/services, and hospitality or catering, we apply the following conditions:

  • If you wish to cancel the entire reservation after confirmation, this is possible (without stating a reason) subject to cancellation costs in accordance with our general terms and conditions, article 9. You may wish to take out your own (all-risk) cancellation insurance. You are responsible for this yourself.
  • If you wish to cancel part of the reservation (number of participants and/or guests), you may cancel up to 10% of the confirmed number of participants/guests free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the arrangement. Cancellation of more than 10% and/or between 14 days and the day of the arrangement is not possible and/or refundable. No-shows will be charged.
  • If you wish to increase the number of participants, you must inform us as soon as possible. In most cases this can still be arranged, but on some peak days there is no guarantee that this will be possible (due to additional materials, vehicles, staff, and hospitality seating).

Specific additional provisions regarding orders of tickets in our webshop and their execution

  1. If you order one or more ticket(s) or gift voucher(s) in our webshop, the agreement is final. Distance selling (article 3.9) does not apply in our industry (as legally determined).
  2. After payment via iDEAL, you will receive a confirmation by email and then within 24 working hours your ticket(s) or gift voucher(s), including the latest instructions. We currently issue tickets and gift vouchers only from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. If you plan something during the weekend, please order no later than Thursday evening.
  3. If you order different (multiple) tours, you must place separate webshop orders per region (walking, cycling, or driving). If you want separate children’s questions instead of adult questions, please order these separately or clearly mention this separately in the order notes (during checkout). Also, if you want English as the language, please clearly mention this separately in the order notes (during checkout). Your shopping cart may therefore contain multiple types of tickets. Optionally, you can place a group booking by email; in that case, you may also order on an invoice basis, subject to additional administration costs.
  4. Your ticket, which contains a unique QR code, can be used only once and must be activated within 4 months of purchase. If you are too late, unfortunately no refund applies and the tour can no longer be completed. You may also purchase a gift voucher, which is valid indefinitely after payment. Once you redeem your gift voucher in our webshop, you will receive a ticket (within 24 hours), which will again be valid for 4 months.
  5. Your ticket includes a unique QR code that is activated in the MooveGO App. This app only works on smartphones with Android 9 or higher or iPhones with iOS 12 or higher. Once you activate the QR code, your game starts and has a maximum duration of 72 hours (4320 minutes). This time counts down and is visible in the app. This time is irreversible; once it has expired, your game will automatically end.
  6. Driving, cycling, or walking a tour or playing an online game is entirely at your own expense, cost, and risk. Observe traffic rules, let others navigate in the car, use a phone holder on your bicycle, obey speed limits, and stop where permitted. The organizer can never be held liable for (consequential) damages. The measures of the RIVM (Dutch government) regarding COVID-19 apply and must be followed at all times. This is your own responsibility.
  7. Our general terms and conditions apply to all agreements. If clauses conflict with the above six points, the above six points shall prevail.

Payment terms

  • Standard payment is by PDF invoice sent by email.
  • Tickets can also be purchased in our webshop; payment is exclusively via iDEAL.
  • Optionally, for a surcharge of 3%, you can also pay by 1) credit card, facilitated via Mollie.com, or 2) for corporate companies, we facilitate orders and payments via SAP Ariba.
  • Finally, 3) in the context of a package trip, payment is handled and guaranteed via STO Garant.
  • Upon confirmation, we will send you an advance invoice based on the number of participants stated in your reservation, minus 10%.
  • Depending on the final number of participants (known two weeks in advance), a final invoice may follow for any remaining participants and possible additional costs such as consumed drinks, snacks, and extra services. Drinks are paid directly at the bar on-site (unless prepaid) or, at your request, can be tracked and invoiced afterwards. If you prefer an invoice via us, this is possible by arrangement for a one-time administration fee of €20.
  • The standard payment term is 14 days after the invoice date. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before the event, the (advance) payment must always be made at least 3 working days in advance.

Safety is paramount in our activities: our staff is trained internally every year and holds BHV/EHBO certificates. All travel funds under the Package Travel Act are guaranteed via STO Garant.
