Preperations
Together, we’ll choose an indoor or outdoor location, which will be set up in advance. Protective tarps can be provided for tables or floors if needed. Each station will have graffiti-friendly surfaces (boards, canvas panels, or walls where allowed), spray paints, markers, stencils, and other materials. Aprons or gloves can also be provided.
Introduction
Teams of two or three will start planning their graffiti design. First, a sketch or outline is created based on the surface dimensions. This could be a character, logo, abstract design, or anything that inspires the team. Creativity is entirely up to the participants, but our facilitators will provide tips, techniques, and guidance. Often, a fun theme is chosen—such as urban art, nature, or your organization’s goals.
Graffiti creation and decorating
Once the design is approved, each participant begins bringing their part of the design to life with spray paint, markers, or stencils. Each member works on their own section while keeping the bigger picture in mind, so all parts align in the final composition. Feel free to experiment—different styles and techniques make the final piece even more impressive! Teams can also add extra decorations such as textures, 3D elements, or other creative details.
Presentation and prize ceremony
The highlight of the workshop: teams present their graffiti to the group. Did their design turn out as planned, or did it evolve into something unexpected? Under the watchful eye of our “expert” jury, one team will be awarded a prize for creativity, teamwork, originality, and overall presentation. Who will win the Team Graffiti challenge?
