The tour can seamlessly start from your hotel, the station, or a restaurant, and can easily be expanded with networking drinks or a visit to a local brewery. Program

Option 1: Tailored City Tour (Flexibility from 1.5 hours to a full day)

10:15 – Welcome & Briefing: Reception at a location of your choice (e.g., your hotel, conference venue, or station). Introduction to your dedicated local guide(s).

10:30 – Guided Exploration: Start of the walking tour. Discover architectural highlights, industrial heritage, and vibrant local hotspots.

11:30 – Optional Team-Building Extension: Boost team dynamics by adding interactive challenges or puzzle elements led by our professional instructor.

12:30 – Optional Cultural Extension: Elevate your itinerary with a curated museum visit, campus tour, or an immersive escape room experience.

14:00 – Grand Finale: Conclude the tour at a premium hospitality venue for networking drinks, a craft brewery experience, or your dinner location.

 

Option 2: The Ultimate ‘City Tour & Networking Drinks’ (Duration: approx. 3 hours)

17:00 – Welcome & Introduction: Meet your professional guides at the starting location of your choice for a brief overview of the itinerary.

17:15 – Discovering local highlights: The guided walking tour kicks off, exploring the city’s unique history and modern-day innovation.

18:00 – Premium Networking Stop: Pause at an atmospheric local venue for a networking drink (beer, wine, or soft drinks) and a selection of premium local bites.

18:45 – Deep Dive into the City: Continue the inspiring tour through a different, surprising quarter of the city (e.g., design hubs or historic streets).

19:30 – Farewell & Transition: The guide bids your group farewell at your chosen end location (e.g., a top-tier restaurant or local brewery) for your evening program.

19:45 – Dinner / Evening Drinks: Enjoy a delicious dinner or extended drinks at your own pace (end time to be determined).

Book a guided tour in a city centre of your choice

  • Price for 1 – 1.5 hours up to 30 people €1050. Every added person extra €35 per person.
  • Price for 2 – 3 hours up to 30 people €1200. Every added person extra €40 per person.
  • Get in contact to discuss the price for 3 hours and longer

This price includes a guide(s) and (pre-)organisation, but excludes food and drink.

Additional options (minimum 30 people)

  • No guide(s), but an app that navigates you and provides the necessary information, questions, puzzles and tasks along the way. For this, we offer The Teambuilding Challenge.
  • Indicative catering prices (bookable for groups of 30 people or more); welcome reception from €8, drinks or lunch from €20, buffet from €30. A well-prepared three-course dinner in city centre from €45. Exact prices on request; a one-off booking and administration fee of €35 (giving you a single point of contact and a single point of liability)
  • Museum visit booking from €15 per person (on request)
  • Team-building or brain games: During the activity, our supervisors will organise various surprising team-building tasks for each team. Who takes the lead and works together effectively and efficiently? A fun addition to this activity from €9 per person extra.
  • Street golf: Take turns with your team to complete a 4-hole course in as few strokes as possible. A fun, sporting activity to add to this event, from an extra €15 per person.
  • Escape Room: Escape from the mysterious room with your team by solving cryptic puzzles within 60 minutes. We’ll organise the tickets, arrangements and booking time for you, from an extra €25 per person.
