Know Your Colleague is a fun, creative, and interactive workshop, full of exercises and depth. We are not playing psychologist or HR manager, but challenge you in various themes and assignments. The Enneagram model is central. Discover your type, understand what you do, why you do it, and what that means for your colleagues. In this workshop, you and your colleagues gain clarity on the personality type you display at work. Help each other by giving feedback and gain valuable — sometimes confronting — insights. These insights help you better understand each other’s behavior.

Know Your Colleague Fun Edition
There is also a fun edition consisting of several entertaining team assignments. Work in teams and get to know your colleague in a new way! Tasks may involve teamwork, communication, trust, leadership, first impressions, mental issues, and presentation. Depending on group size and available time, we create an optimal workshop.
