To celebrate a milestone properly, we offer several options. You can host your event at an external venue, or we can come to your company.
Custom Anniversary Party
Over the years, we have gained extensive experience in organizing unique anniversary parties. With the introduction of the WKR, hosting an anniversary celebration at your own location has also become an attractive fiscal option. We provide workshops, entertainment, DJ, catering, hosts, and optionally a themed setup. Contact us to explore the many possibilities!

Not interested in a themed party, but still want a fun and relaxed anniversary celebration? We can transform any space into a festive party venue with DJ or band. Optionally, we can provide welcome banners, balloons, decorations, or branding in your company logo.
Example Program:
18:00 – Guest arrival, cloakroom, and welcome drink

19:00 – Opening of the evening

Buffet, barbecue, walking dinner, 3-course meal, etc.

20:30 – Dessert service, followed by:

Price Indications for an Anniversary Celebration:
A “basic” anniversary party with sound system, AV equipment, DJ, standard drinks (5 hours), snacks, and venue rental starts from approximately €60–€70 excl. VAT per person. Keep in mind that venues often expect a minimum of around 100 guests. This base budget can be extended with additional options (see the program and theme examples above). Before organizing an anniversary celebration, consider first:

Expected number of guests (allow ±10–15% margin)
Based on these points, further planning can proceed. For example:

Depending on the budget, start with dinner or perhaps start at 8:00 PM (so guests can eat at home beforehand). Decide on standard or extended drink packages, including mixed drinks, special beers, or provide a set number of drink tokens per person.

Venue location: nearby, close to a station (easily accessible), or in a rural area or another city. Will guests arrive by their own transport or is a coach arranged? Is an overnight stay included? Some venues also offer hotel rooms. Also consider parking costs.

Band or DJ, optional extras, and activities

Venue decoration, themed elements, projector, etc.

Venue rental: some locations charge nothing extra if a minimum food/drink turnover is reached; others may charge for space rental, staff, cleaning, etc.

Insurance, safety, host services
Tip: For incentive travel abroad, we can also assist. Perhaps you want to celebrate your anniversary in a European capital or a winter sports destination?
Top Tip: If the budget is limited, consider a smaller-scale anniversary party or hosting it at your own location. Under WKR regulations, hosting on your own premises can be an attractive option.
