The strength of our concept is the full package with unique beach activities. Safety is our priority: our team is trained annually for all activities and holds BHV / first aid certifications. Whether you plan for 20, 200, or 2,000 participants, we can deliver a tailor-made Beach BBQ with a fun party and multiple optional activities.

Planning Considerations:

• Budget per person or total maximum budget (inclusive/exclusive VAT)

• Expected number of participants (±10–15% margin)

Based on these points, we can further advise on:

• Type of BBQ (standard or luxury). Drink packages: standard, extended, special beers, or a maximum number of drink tokens per person.

• Beach location: nearby, elsewhere in the country, or at the coast. Travel: guests’ own transport, public transport, or arranged coach. Optional overnight stay.

• DJ or band, additional options and activities

• Venue decoration, theme, AV equipment, projector, etc.

• Venue rental: some locations include minimal food/drink turnover in the price; others may charge for space rental, staff, cleaning, etc.

• Insurance, safety, host services
