• We collaborate with coaching experts and, using tools such as the Enneagram, clarify personality types, roles, and communication challenges to improve teamwork

• Depending on the goal of the offsite day, a Sales Training or Brainstorm Workshop can be integrated

• Schedule 3 × 2-hour content blocks, with 2 × 1-hour energizers in between, ensuring everyone is refreshed and ready for the next session. Energizers can include yoga, team-building exercises, or fun “minute to win it” challenges

• In the evening, a dinner and drinks reception is organized. For relaxation, consider a workshop such as ice sculpture carving
