Are you looking for an activity with your team or organization where people can express their creativity? Then do a Team Painting Workshop! We provide all the tools, you provide the creativity and presentations. We bet it will be a fun workshop!

Preparations
Together we determine an indoor or outdoor location that will be set up in advance. Relactive Events can provide protective tarps on tables or the floor if needed. On each table, two or three different types of canvases are laid out, along with paints, brushes, and connecting materials (aprons optionally included).

Introduction
Per table, a group of two or three people starts on their art project. First, a 2D design is created based on the dimensions of the canvas. Perhaps a Statue of Liberty, an animal, or another object. Creativity is entirely up to the participants, but the facilitators can provide tips and tricks. Often a fun theme is also chosen together, such as winter, flora and fauna, or organizational goals.

Painting, decorating, and assembling
Once the 2D design is approved (we don’t make it too easy…!) the duo or trio starts painting. Each participant works on their own canvas. Keep in mind the other canvases, as they will later need to align. Everyone may use their own painting technique. The more creative… the wilder and more fun the final result! After the artworks are complete, the paintings are assembled together. The groups can still think about decorating the artwork. Perhaps we are outdoors and can add twigs and leaves?

Presentation and prize ceremony
Finally, the highlight of this fun workshop. Teams present their art to the other teams. Did they realize their design, or did it turn into something else? You will see in the often-hilarious presentations! Under the supervision of an “expert” jury, one team will receive a prize. Criteria such as teamwork, originality, realization, and presentation will be considered. Who will win Team Painting!?
