Unique and cozy Christmas drinks, tailored & one-of-a-kind

Over the past few years, we have gained extensive experience in organizing unique, cozy, and customized Christmas drinks and Christmas parties. For this, we make use of locations from our hospitality partners or so-called empty spaces that we transform into a fully customized party.

We have also been nationwide at various special locations such as castles, country estates, churches, and beach pavilions. This gives us access to a large selection of beautiful venues.

With the introduction of the Work-Related Costs Scheme, a Christmas drinks event at your own location has also become a very interesting option. A Christmas drinks event usually includes drinks and snacks, but the evening can of course be expanded with entertainment, dinner, Christmas gifts, presentations, a Christmas quiz, and various games. Program

6:00 PM – Guests arrive, cloakroom, and welcome drink ready
– Optional act/performance

7:00 PM – Opening of the evening
– Buffet, barbecue, walking dinner, 3-course meal, etc.
– Background music

8:30 PM – Desserts served, followed by:
– Possible speech by management
– Possible activity such as a winter quiz, ZINGO!, competitive beer pong, table football, Jenga, ping pong, and more
– Karaoke

9:00 PM – DJ or band starts
– Snacks served throughout, possibly special bites
– Optional act (e.g., magician, Black Jack Fun Ladies)
– Photo booth or greenscreen, or photographer/videographer
– Optional separate cocktail bar, gin & tonic bar, rum bar, etc.

1:00 AM – End of event, everyone receives a Christmas gift

Add extra Christmas atmosphere with, for example:
– Everyone wearing a Christmas hat
– Everyone wearing a Christmas sweater
– Decorate the venue with festive decorations
– Christmas market stalls (staff can assemble their own Christmas gift in an original way with vouchers)
– Food trucks
– Santa Claus visit
– Etc.

Book a Christmas Party:

A “basic” Christmas drinks event / Christmas party with sound, AV equipment, DJ, standard drinks (for 3 hours), some snacks, and venue rental starts at approximately €40 per person.

Keep in mind that venues usually expect a minimum of around 100 guests or more. This basic budget can then be expanded with various options (see the sample program and themes above), full evening meals, buffets, and extended drink packages. Before organizing a Christmas drinks event or Christmas party, first consider:

  1. Budget per person or total maximum budget, and whether this is inclusive or exclusive of VAT.

  2. Expected number of attendees, allowing a realistic margin of 10–15%.

  3. Whether a Christmas gift should be included.

Based on these three points, we can make further arrangements. For example:

  • Depending on the budget, you may start with dinner or begin later, e.g., at 8:00 PM, so colleagues can eat at home first. Drinks packages can be standard or extended to include mixed drinks, special beers, etc., or a maximum number of drink tokens per person may be issued.

  • Venue location: nearby, close to a station (easy access), or in a rural area or completely different city. Consider whether colleagues travel by their own means or if a coach is provided. Overnight accommodation may also be arranged; we have several corporate party venues with hotel rooms. Take possible parking costs into account.

  • Choice of band or DJ, additional options, and activities.

  • Venue decoration and theme, projector/presentation setup, etc.

  • Venue rental: some venues with a minimum food/drink turnover do not charge extra; others may add room rental, staffing, or cleaning fees.

  • Insurance, safety, host services, etc.

If the event becomes too expensive, consider a smaller-scale company party with other groups, or hosting it at your own location. In the context of the Work-Related Costs Scheme (WKR), the latter option can be particularly interesting.
