Indoor Office Games

This indoor activity is all about competition, fun, and team building. This team-building game was partly created in response to the introduction of the Work-Related Costs Scheme (WKR) and is a mix of fun team games that can take place in a canteen, hall, room, and/or on your own parking lot. Of course, we can also come to a meeting room or other space.

Depending on your group size, the available space, and the time available, we will put together an optimal program. The starting point is to form an even number of teams of approximately 8 people per team. In a rotation program, the teams will compete against each other in various challenges. These challenges include, for example, mega Jenga, mega Twister, the Einstein game, tactical tug-of-war, the creative bamboo game, and various team-building assignments in which communication and leadership are central. We usually conclude the program together with a final game full of puzzles and questions. Which team will ultimately be the fastest (or score the most points) and earn the title of ‘Champion of the Office Games’?

Our indoor office games are suitable for all ages and can also be held outdoors. Each challenge requires different skills, so strategy, consultation, and good teamwork are essential! At the end, the supervisors will announce the winner take on the challenge and win!

Program

This activity lasts approximately 2 hours, from the introduction to the prize ceremony. However, you can also book this activity for, for example, 1 hour (fun energizers). You provide the location (large spaces), or we can suggest unique locations where we can host it. We offer the following options:

  • We come to your (office) location; you provide large spaces such as a meeting room, auditorium, canteen, etc. This can be interesting in the context of the Work-Related Costs Scheme.

  • We come to your reserved (external) location; we can handle the contacts there if needed.

  • We arrange, in consultation with you, a location through our network partners. These are often cost-effective, especially in combination with booking a meeting room, lunch, or dinner.

An example program is:

  • Reception at a cozy café/restaurant, at the office, or another suitable location (e.g., a hotel)

  • Optional: drinks or lunch buffet beforehand

  • Explanation of the games, forming teams of approximately 8 people per team

  • Start of the Office Games in the various rooms (or in one large room)

  • If possible, in one large room, everyone participates in the ultimate final game (full of questions and puzzles)

  • Fun prize ceremony and closing

  • Optional: drinks, buffet, 3-course dinner, or barbecue

Prices excluding VAT

  • Office games for up to 30 people: €1,050
  • From 30 people onwards: additional €35 per person

Other information:

These prices include our supervision, (pre-)organization and invoicing, required materials, and a fun prize ceremony with awards afterwards.

Additional information and indicative prices:

  • Travel costs to locations in North Brabant and Limburg: €125

  • Travel costs to locations in the Randstad, Central Netherlands, and Zeeland: €225

  • Travel costs to locations in Northern Netherlands and Belgium: €325

The duration of this activity is always arranged in consultation with you and can be booked for 1 to 2 hours (the price remains the same, even if we extend to 2.5 hours). The larger the space(s), the better, as it allows us to offer more variety in the team games.

You arrange a room or rooms and all food and drinks (which can also be consumed during the games). Upon request and at an additional cost, we can organize a room for you, including, if desired, a meeting room beforehand and drinks and/or dinner afterwards. It is also possible, in good weather, to hold our office games outdoors.
